Here we go again with the SPV E650. Now all GPRS has stopped and on trying to access any internet services like Exchange Push or WAP it comes up with Error: "Cannot connect to the proxy server. Contact your network administrator."
Orange just sent the GPRS settings across to the handset because apparently the E650 is good at losing settings!
Settings came from http://www.mouse2mobile.com asking for a authentication code to reset settings. Did naff all!
Next, complete SIM update sent to see if that fixes it: Nothing. Orange Internet settings still gone bye bye.
So here we go, the handset needs to be factory reset: Two softkeys, tap power button, which will immediately bring up the reset screen. Prepare to stare at the green Windows Mobile splash screen for a long while. You'll then see MobileOperator spalsh come up and then device will start configuring.
All working now. Crazy.
